Sponsorship Opportunities

RTED Group Sponsors are organizations, businesses and corporations interested in positively impacting rural communities and bringing a wide range of resources to the area. Sponsorship can occur in a number of ways, including:

Financial Support: Whether a one-time gift, endowment or continuing support, a donation to RTED Group is an investment in the future of communities across the nation. With certified 501(c) (3) status, your contribution to the organization is tax-deductible and will be felt for years to come as you assist RTED Group with fulfilling its commitment to rural America.

Technical Support: The RTED Group is also in need of trainers and/or training materials to teach basic computing skills, improve literacy rates, develop management proficiency, job readiness, and research techniques.

Resources: Meeting space for training sessions, equipment, transportation and childcare for program participants (i.e. vans, volunteer drivers, child care professionals), teaching supplies (i.e. notebooks, pens, calculators), and furniture (i.e. workstations and chairs) are necessary to fulfill our mission of providing access to prosperity.

Sponsorship Benefits

Highlighted below are several benefits of RTED Group sponsorship:

Making a Difference: RTED Group sponsors play a vital role in the revitalization of the community. The value of increasing the self-esteem and skill set of unemployed and impoverished Americans is immeasurable, and the beauty of watching a community position itself to stand is truly something to behold.

Potential Workforce: Sponsorship with RTED Group is not one-sided. We actively seek sponsors who realize the long-term benefits of their involvement with the communities we both serve, as partners. By working with RTED Group, sponsors shape, create, and mold their own potential workforce. As a sponsor, you will see firsthand the level of excellence required of our program participants. It is our hope that this knowledge will bring RTED Group Participants to mind whenever you find yourself in need of a highly-skilled, professional workforce.

Increasing Market Share: While the communities we serve lack financial fortitude, our goal is to change this reality. Your participation in this process is a means of planting seeds that will be harvested for future product loyalty to your good, service, and brand.

Here is an anecdotal story to prove this point: In one impoverished community in South Africa, it was interesting to note that the common word for toothpaste is "Colgate". While most of the people there can't even afford toothpaste, when they can purchase it, they purchase Colgate.

The same applies to your sponsorship of RTED Group. Your presence in the community will put your name on the lips of our participants, leading to a significant increase in market share.

Tax incentive: Do not forget that RTED Group is a federally recognized 501 (c) (3) corporation, making your financial, resource, or in-kind gift tax deductible. Additionally, many of the communities we serve have federal and/or state designations that may provide incentives to businesses providing services to their regions.

The sponsorship packages for our programs provide added exposure and consumer goodwill in exchange for your commitment to the development of the underserved communities we represent. This includes co-branding opportunities during marketing presentations and inclusion in any national, regional or local press garnered by RTED Group. Imagine watching the nightly news and seeing your logo broadcast with a story about the much needed work our programs are doing in the community. Many buyers are community-minded and support companies that support others.
